Praha (CZ)
This indoor swimming pool extends 25 by 10m, is 1.2-−2.5m deep and heated to 27 Celsius (80F). It is part of a comprehensive sports complex in a park in the centre of Prague.
For an unusual experience, try a bobsleigh course on the outskirts of Prague. It operates daily from 10am till 10pm.
For an adrenaline experience, one can to karting in Prague. The course operates during weekdays from 2pm till midnight and on the weekends from 10am till midnight.
This aquapark offers relaxation for the whole family. The complex includes three water palaces and various saunas, but also spa treatments and fitness centres.
The Prague zoo, beloved by locals, is easily accessible by public transport. It covers 148 acres, of which 123 are taken up by expositions. Visitors can walk on over 10km of trails.

Interpretive trail with perfect 1:25 miniatures of important building and technical monuments of the Czech Republic.
The territory of a protected nature reserve, covering 610 square km (240 square miles), includes a unique collection of various types of landscape. An important part of Slavkovskýles are large areas of highland peat bogs, which together with forest springs form a huge natural water reservoir. This has a beneficial effect on water regime of the entire West Bohemian spa region.
A trail starting at the edge of the spa town offers interesting overview of the geological make-up and ecosystems of Slavkovský Forest.
The trail weaves along the slopes of beech forest above the building of the Town Museum. It takes visitors though the sloping forest park, where various well-known as well as rare rocks, plants, and shrubs from different parts of Slavkovský les areplaced.
Plants and shrubs were planted in such a way that their location reflects the actual conditions where they can be found in nature, such as a particular bedrock and soil. On the area of almost 10 hectares, there are approximately 1.5km/0.9 miles of forest trails that acquaint visitors with the geological history of Karlsbad Region.
Sport
This swimming complex in Marienbad offers a covered 25m/82ft swimming pool and a shallow pool for children. Other services of the complex include a warm-up room, Jacuzzi, hairdresser, massages, and a bar.

Ski Complex Mariánské Lázně offers prime skiing areas with runs of different degrees of difficulty. It includes approximately 1450m/4760ft of downhill runs. Skiers can use a cable car or two modern ski lifts, which can transport up to 2,500 persons per hour. Lifts run every day between 9am and 4pm and then again for night skiing between 6pm and 9pm. Pistes are maintained by a modern Kassbohrer PB 280DW engine both before the start of the day skiing and then again before the night skiing. Visitors can chose from various types of passes from half-day and day passes to passes for a number of days. Groups and ski schools enjoy significant discounts. Skiers can use a ski bar, ski rental, ski service, toilets, and parking. Within the complex is also a ski and snowboarding school.
Nordic walking is a sport that originated in Finland in 1997. At the moment, it is spreading fast and in northern and Alpine countries of Europe, millions of people of all ages and levels of fitness enjoy hiking with special Nordic walking poles.
Veľká Lomnica (SK)
Black Stork Golf Course
PGA Black Stork offers 27 hole course in the midst of the wonderful nature of the Tatras with full amenities. There are three possible combinations of 18 hole courses (International Course, Panorama Course, and Village Course). The centre also offers training areas – driving range, chipping green, putting green, and a golf school. The complex includes a hotel and a relaxation centre.

Aquapark Poprad

Cycling routes in the Tatras
If you are a cyclist who likes a challenge, a visit to Eastern High Tatras is just the thing for you. You will find here a number of cycling routes of varying difficulty that take you through these mighty mountains. Route Tichá and Koprová dolina offer very gradual ascent and a wonderful view of both Eastern and Western High Tatras. Route Cesta Slobody connects two important tourist centres − Liptovský Hrádok and Kežmarok. It passes through all the main natural sights, such as Štrbské Pleso, Starý Smokovec, and Tatranská Lomnica.
